アブストラクト
This paper proposes a low-voltage cascode current mirror using adaptive bias with constant power dissipation regardless of its input current. Implementation of the proposed current mirror in 0.35um CMOS process shows that the total harmonic distortion is lower than 0.5% even if body effect is considered. The proposed current mirror is used to implement a third-order current-mode low-pass filter which dissipates a total power of 183uW.
