アブストラクト
This paper proposes an active shield circuit to reduce the digital noise in mixed-signal integrated circuits. The proposed circuit introduces an automatic gain controlling scheme to compensate the effect of process variation which may deteriorate the performance of active shield circuit. Simulation results show
that the proposed system gives a 14dB or greater noise suppression improvement compared to the passive guard ring.
