アブストラクト
This paper proposes an active shielding system to reduce digital noise in mixed-signal integrated circuits. The proposed system relaxes the delay issue of output signal in the conventional one. Simulation results show that the proposed system gives more than 20dB noise suppression improvement compared to the passive guard ring. Furthermore, simulation using multiple noise sources
shows that the proposed system can reduce the overall noise level.
