アブストラクト The human liver is composed of small hexagonal structures called liver lobules. Cirrhosis destroys these liver lobules and replaces them with permanent connective tissue referred to as regenerative nodules. In this paper, we propose a new modeling technique for changes in the scatterer distribution in liver tissue considering the structure of liver lobules to obtain images of the cirrhotic liver over continuous stages. Using these images, we analyze the relationship between changes in characteristics of biological tissue and changes in B-mode images during progressive liver cirrhosis.
