Recently in Japan, there has been an increasing number of cases where seismically isolation are adopted also in high-rise buildings. High-rise seismically isolated buildings tend to have long natural period making them susceptible to wind influences, thus, wind loads are becoming important design external forces together with seismic loads. Therefore, during the design stage of high-rise seismically isolated building, it is imperative that its wind-induced responses are grasped. However, accuracy of numerically modeled building with wind-induced response of the actual building is still unclear. In addition, there are almost no observation records of wind-induced responses high-rise seismically isolated building in Japan and overseas. Hence, this paper identifies the dynamic characteristics of a seismically isolated high-rise building based on multiple seismic records, and proposed a wind-induced responses history analysis model. This proposed model is verified using multiple wind-induced responses observation records.
