The attitude of a satellite is usually controlled by 3 reaction wheels. However, to prepare the accident of the wheel, it is important to consider the attitude control by 2 wheels. Especially, when the initial angular momentum of the system is not zero, the system has a drift term and it is impossible to stabilize to voluntary attitude. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to control the direction of a spacecraft's communication antenna to coincide with the target direction. To achieve this target, we use Rodrigues parameters. When we make Rodrigues parameters diverge with keeping some value ratio, we can determine the attitude uniquely. To use this feature of Rodrigues parameters, we transform a time scale of the system and get a time-state control form. and by stabilizing a time-state control form in a new time scale, we can achieve the target conditions.
