Input support functions for multiple uses of registered data

• Effective use of data from the Portal for Sci & Eng Field, Science Tokyo
  The T2R2 system is connected with the Science Tokyo Campus Certification/Authorization system. It can be used by personal certification with the Science Tokyo IC card.
• Contents are managed by publication. Co-authored work registered by one author can be shared by all other co-authors.
• The right to update registered publications is reserved for the author (or co-authors). However, other users will be able to register work by proxy.
• After the PDF files of publications are registered, such information as title and author can be extracted automatically using the analysis processing program.
• Storage and dissemination of the full version of registered publications must be authorized by all copyright holders (author and publisher). The status of authorization from major publishers is currently under confirmation.
• Users may create a list of researchers with whom they often co-author publications. This reduces data input costs.
• Users may create a list of research projects such as COE and Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research. During data registration, a connection can be formed between each publication and the relevant research project.
• The system provides a collective input function for CSV files.
